Derek had worked for James Walker for a few years at this point and we relocated to the beautiful Cumbrian town of Cockermouth. Him and his colleagues used to frequent The Pheasant Inn, Bassenthwaite where June worked behind the bar. Love blossomed over a pint or two and as such, June came back to Woking with Derek when he moved back down south.
